Valerie is an Operations Associate who helps coordinate the incoming and outgoing client communications in the office, provides administrative support to internal teams, assists with special projects, works with the marketing department and client events, and provides client services. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and friendly nature are all characteristics appreciated by our clients. Valerie holds a degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice from the UW – River Falls. She resides in Eau Claire with her husband, son, and daughter. Away from business, Valerie enjoys decorating and crafts, traveling, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
