    About Us & Opportunity:
    Bernicke Wealth Management's focus is to help our clients navigate life's moments through holistic wealth management. We are a growing firm and Ty Bernicke, President, has been recognized by Forbes as Best-In-State Wealth Advisor in both 2018 and 2019. As a result of recent growth we are seeking a CPA who is interested in making a career change to the wealth management industry. This position will entail assisting our high net worth clients in tax and financial planning strategies. This position will also require helping clients and other advisers within the firm analyze individual and business tax returns in conjunction with other key financial data to develop appropriate strategies. Previous experience in the wealth management industry is not required for this position. Expected start time would be after the 2020 tax season.

    • CPA with 3+ years of experience
    • Experience preparing individual and small business tax returns.
    • Strong communication skills
    • Desire to work collaboratively with clients and fellow employees
    • Positive and ambitious attitude

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Working directly with clients to gather and maintain financial data and goals
    • Work collaboratively with our team of advisers and specialists to help high net worth clients develop appropriate tax minimization techniques and financial strategies
    • Analyze individual and business tax returns for potential opportunities
    • Work collaboratively with our clients' Attorneys, Accountants and other key advisers
    • Assist in helping develop and build long term client relationships


    • $70,000 - $130,000 per year based upon experience.
