Paige Logslett came to Bernicke as an intern from CVTC, assigned to help the firm go paperless. There was a room stacked floor to ceiling with files, and her job was to get every one of them scanned and organized electronically.
Her colleagues would describe her as someone who gets things done. When Paige’s work goes well, every department runs smoothly, staff is trained and ready, and clients move through their experience without ever knowing how much coordination made it possible.
What she finds most satisfying is the variety. No two days are the same, and she gets to work with the team on both a personal and professional level, which she finds genuinely rewarding.
Outside the office, Paige is doing arts and crafts with her daughters, Mia and Lainey, checking on the animals at the family farm, tackling a never-ending home improvement list, or planning the next trip somewhere new. She also does pottery and painting, which surprises people, and volunteers as a mentor for kids through local county programs.
