Haley Turk developed a strong foundation in customer service and sales prior to joining Bernicke, and that experience is evident in her professional approach and client interactions. She is the person clients call when something needs to be done, and the reason it usually already is.
Her day-to-day covers client requests, paperwork, conference calls, and coordination with third-party companies to keep processes moving smoothly. She also trains new paraplanners, runs ongoing training meetings, and oversees the guides the team works from. The moments that stick with Haley are when clients share their gratitude after working through something hard together, a reminder that the coordination and follow-up behind the scenes translates into real relief for real people.
She holds her Series 7, Series 66, SIE, and Health and Life Insurance licenses, all supported by the firm along the way.
Outside the office, Haley spends summers up north at the cabin with family, reads whenever she gets the chance, and always enjoys cooking and trying new foods!
