Cassandra Kaul is the kind of person who finds satisfaction in making complicated things feel simple. Her role sits across operations, financial planning support, and client services, and most of what she does happens well before a client ever walks into a meeting. She organizes information, prepares documentation, coordinates follow-up, and works with outside professionals to make sure advisors have everything they need, and clients can focus on the conversation instead of the details behind it.
She earned an Associate Degree in Human Resources, which gave her a foundation in communication and working with people that shows up every day in how she approaches her work. Her colleagues would describe her as organized, dependable, and someone who keeps things positive, bringing energy and perspective to the team, especially during busy stretches.
What surprised her most about Bernicke was how collaborative the team genuinely is, and how much thoughtful coordination happens behind the scenes to make even a simple next step feel smooth for a client.
Outside the office, Cassandra is at one of her three kids’ baseball games or gymnastics meets, working in the garden, camping, or planning the next family activity. People who know her well would tell you she is more competitive and determined than she appears, and is always thinking about what comes next.
