His job is to make the first step feel easy, connecting with people who are thinking about their retirement, answering questions they weren’t sure who to ask, and making sure that when they sit down with an advisor for the first time, the entire experience feels seamless.
He brings experience from the construction industry, where he worked closely with business owners and homeowners to understand their needs, guide them through complex decisions, and develop thoughtful, tailored plans to achieve their goals. The details changed when he joined Bernicke. The approach didn’t.
What surprises Brady most about working here is the team behind him. He readily credits the team around him, and that collaborative approach enhances the way he serves clients.
